The National Environmental Health Association-National Radon Proficiency Program is the nationally recognized entity for the certification of radon professionals. Being certified for radon measurement ( 104923RT ) and for radon mitigation ( 104924RMT ) indicates a certain level
of technical training, and adherence to the applicable EPA protocols, quality assurance, and professional conduct. As
a member of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists we promote radon awareness, information sharing and continuing education.
Your home should be a safe haven for you and your family. Radon is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, radioactive gas. One in three homes in Idaho tests high for radon and it's radioactive decay products. Those are poor odds to be betting your family's health on. A simple inexpensive test can verify your home's radon level. If the radon level is low you can rest assured. If the radon level tests high, a radon reduction system can be installed. Be safe. TEST!
The air we breath is our most precious and urgent gift. More than water or food or shelter, we need healthy clean air every moment of every day. If the pollen count is high we take a pill and relax. If smog is dense we stay indoors and relax. If there is a dust storm we see it and avoid it. If you have an elevated level of radioactive radon gas in your home you test and mitigate, or accept an increased risk of lung cancer. Be safe. TEST!
